1. The Registration Fee / Application fee (inclusive EMGS payment) paid is non-refundable.
2. Initial fees stated in the Letter of Acceptance / Conditional Letter of Offer are not refundable.
3. Once initial fees are fully utilised, fees will be charged based on the Approved Course Selection.
4. Withdrawal must follow UCSI University procedures and applicable ADD/DROP deadlines.
5. Refundable deposits remain subject to University rules and there must be no outstanding fees.
6. Medicine and Pharmacy programmes are subject to the no-refund terms stated in the form.
7. Refundable-deposit applications must be made within the stated time and in the prescribed form.
8. The University may use refundable deposits to offset applicable outstanding fees.
9. Late payment charges may apply when fees are not settled by the due date.

Refund percentages depend on the date of withdrawal and whether initial tuition fees have been paid, as described in the original application form.
